Hey, this is Zach Roberts with Around the Lens podcast. I’m here to talk a little bit more about the Sony tough series memory cards. They’re SDXC cards, UHS-II, and they look like just the standard memory cards obviously, because you know, it wouldn’t fit otherwise. They, work with every camera I own. I don’t know, again, why there’d be any differences I guess. I guess if you have a really old camera that doesn’t take SDXC only takes SDHC.

I’m not even quite sure that, how the backward compatibility works. So I think that they would work anyway… at least my experiences, I’ve never come across the camera that it would work in. I said before, in the last video that I did about these, which was kind of the open box, a conversation about them, that already I was wowed by them just by just the fact how solid they are versus the normal memory card.

I’ve had a ton of the normal ones break and I know a lot of other people who’ve had some break over time, and just the wear and tear of putting them in and out of memory card slots because the difference between having the plastic ribs here and like on the Sony’s here, there is nothing. You can refer back to my, last video and I have a lot of macros and close-ups of what they look like. So my initial assessment was correct. As long as I have cameras with SD cards, I am moving over to the Sony’s.
