Matthew Aaron Callahan, who was a guest on episode 118 of Around the Lens, earned the military’s highest honors for both photography and videography, the Military Photographer of the Year and the Military Videographer of the Year (click here to see the full list) respectively. This is a difficult prize to get in one category, and to earn it in two is nearly impossible, but Matthew pulled it off. The closest I ever got to receiving a prize in any category was honorable mention by the way.
