By the time you’re reading this I’ll be on my way to the Presidential Inauguration of Donald Trump. I’m not happy about it, but I have a job to do. I’ll be doing a mix of video and still work so my backpack heading down there is packed to the brim.
I’ve got my standard kit of lenses, but along with it, a shotgun mic, an audio recorder, a LED panel and much much more. Feel free to jump through this video, it’s a bit long but that has a reason – I try to explain the need and why I chose each piece of equipment that goes in my bag. The bag, by the way, is the same one that I did an open box of yesterday. You can check that out here, it’s the Mindshift Gear Trailscape 18L.
Be sure to follow my Twitter and Instagram for updates from the ground in Washington DC and I’ll be trying to jump on Facebook Live as often as possible.
