The year 2016 is coming to a close and, for many, that will be a good thing as it will probably go down as one of the worst years in the 21st century. But even though the year may not have gone the way some people may have hoped, it still brought about a year of great visual journalism discussion here at Around the Lens. We’ve sifted through episodes from 2016 and 2015 (since we started the show in November 2015) and extracted a few bits that we think best represent the show in one form or another.
There were so many good bits and segments from throughout the show that it was difficult to pick the very best, but what makes this selection so good is that it really is representative or what Around the Lens is all about and what we strive to produce on a weekly basis. I think this episode also does a good job in providing an introduction point to someone who might be unfamiliar with the show and is looking for a way to get into the show easily. We hope you enjoy this special episode and look forward to you listening as we move forward into 2017.
