This week our guest panelist is Julia Reinhart (www.juliareinhart.com, www.instagram.com/juliacreinhart). In this week’s show we discuss the power and importance of Instagram (link), the pros and cons of different website platforms, our favorite camera bags and the importance of having photographers on the ground in warzones (link).
The big news this week is that we started a Facebook group that you can join at www.facebook.com/atlpodcast. To celebrate this new venture we are sponsoring the giveaway of a little mini-camera usb stick as shown below. To win said object just send me an e-mail at djmphoto@gmail.com and include “Around the Lens Giveaway” in the subject line. In the body of the e-mail please include the following things: 1) How you learned about the show, 2) What you like about the show, 3) A suggestion that can make the show better, 4) A topic we should discuss and 5) Your address so where we know where to send your prize if you win. Please note that I won’t sell your personal info, and I won’t spam your inbox. I will reply to your e-mail to let you know we received it, but that’s about it. I’ll announce the winner on episode 10, so be sure to e-mail me by noon, Monday, January 25.
